How can I install the "Theme Demo Installation Package" in an existing Joomla installation?

I want to see the template like in the Demo: demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_sensation/ on my website and changing than later the content and pictures.

ich bin der Anleitung gefolgt und danach hat nichts mehr funktioniert. Ich benötige eine detaillierte Beschreibung da ich das Template auf einer Joomla Web APP verwende.
