Can I use a design on more than one (1) domain?

If you purchased a "single domain license", you are only allowed to use the design productively on one Joomla installation. If you would like to use a design multiple times, we recommend a "multi-domain license"

Can I resell your products?

No, you have purchased a license to use the product, but you are not the owner. The owner of the product is and always will be Theme-Point/JoomlaPlates. However, you can sell the changes to your customers, but not the product itself!!

Modifications

You are entitled to make all modifications you need, provided that the copyrights in the source code remain intact. Visible copyrights as well as "footers" can be adjusted or removed according to your needs..

Unauthorized use

You may not duplicate our goods (design, themes) or distribute them in any other way on the Internet or offer them for download. You may adapt all copyrights visible in the frontend to your needs, but the copyright in the source text (XML, CSS, PHP) may not be removed without our consent.

Is the payment monthly or recurring?

No, there is a one-time payment per license. After that you have one year access to our download area and the right to support.

Guarantee

All designs we produce are sold as advertised. We cannot guarantee that all designs will look identical on every browser and system. Furthermore, there is no way to test Joomla Design with all extensions and therefore to guarantee that all currently available extensions work properly with our designs.
